You must be over 18 to purchase and use our products. CCCorp does not knowingly sell products to minors.

CCCorp manufactures and sells branding irons and marking tools designed for professional use in the construction industry. These products are not toys and may pose serious risk if used improperly.

By purchasing from CCCorp, you agree to the following:

• You understand that branding irons operate at high temperatures and can cause burns, fire, or injury if misused.
• You will follow all provided safety instructions and use common sense when operating heat-based tools.
• You accept full responsibility for the safe operation, handling, and storage of any products purchased from CCCorp.
• You agree that CCCorp is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

Ordering and Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched.
• CCCorp reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion.
• Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and demand.
• CCCorp is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon shipment.

Free shipping applies on orders over $400. QR tags ship at a flat rate of $50 regardless of quantity.

Returns and Refunds

• All sales are considered final unless a product is proven defective upon arrival.
• Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or misuse of the product.
• Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

CCCorp products are sold "as is" and without any express or implied warranties, except where required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CCCorp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to injury, property damage, lost profits, or data loss.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
